When you use our enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and anything you write in your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to plan your visit or your wedding. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in touch about a possible booking, and for a reasonable period after, then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email weddings@elderfieldbarn.co.uk and we will help.
